            So I’ve got questions .

            Regarding the CBF  technique , I am not actively pushing the bars down the drop right ?

            Instead I’m timing my rearward hip movement  such that it creates this force as if I’m hanging off the bars  with my fingers ? Kinda like doing a quick manual ?
