Welcome To Progressive Trail Skills

Progressive Skills are the skills we use to ride modern trails. There are essentially three ways we can go about dealing with upcoming terrain. We can mimic the shape of the terrain with Active Pumping or what we call Passive Pumping. We can air over terrain using other terrain, which we refer to as Featuring. We can also breeze through terrain on the back wheel by learning to Manual. These skills also help with skills found in other areas on this site.
